FM Handover: What to Ask For in a pin360 Share Link
At practical completion, FM teams inherit defects lists, O&M manuals, and drawing registers — but rarely a navigable photographic baseline. A pin360 handover link turns the floor plan into the index for 360° condition evidence.
Handover checklist (copy for contractors)
- Building name, address, and handover date in the project title
- Current-revision floor plan PDFs (all relevant levels)
- 360° panoramas at plant rooms, roofs, and key circulation areas
- Severity pins for snags, defects, or outstanding compliance items
- Written notes at critical pins (asset ID references where applicable)
- View-only share link — no login required for FM reviewers
- Optional: exported inspection report PDF/DOCX for the O&M file
What the FM team sees
Opening the share link shows the building floor plan. Click any pin to open the 360° view or defect record from that location. No pin360 account is required — suitable for helpdesk staff, contractors, and auditors.
Use it for onboarding new FM staff ("where is the AHU?" → click the plant room pin), baseline condition before the defects liability period ends, and evidence when raising CAFM work orders.
